The free365 platform may only be accessed and used by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By using any part of the free365 platform, you confirm that you satisfy all conditions stated below.

• You are a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident accessing the platform from within Malaysia.
• You have never been declared bankrupt or insolvent by any court of competent jurisdiction.
• You register and use the account personally on your own behalf — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You have never held a free365 account that was previously suspended or permanently closed by free365 due to a breach of terms.

Free365 takes its child protection responsibilities seriously. We employ a range of technical mechanisms and verification procedures to ensure the platform remains inaccessible to minors. Parents or guardians concerned about a child's access to the platform are welcome to contact our support team for guidance on available parental control tools.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at free365 at any one time. Registering more than one account under the same individual — even using a different name, phone number, or device — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information — including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and your actual date of birth. Incorrect or misleading information may cause issues during withdrawal verification and could result in account suspension.

• Your account password is solely your responsibility — choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone.

• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

If an account is closed at the member's request or for reasons unrelated to a breach of terms, any eligible account balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method. This refund process may take up to 7 business days.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms — particularly involving fraud or promotion abuse — free365 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including pending wagers, bonuses, and unwithdawn winnings, as compensation.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the free365 platform shall first be addressed through good-faith discussions between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to refer the dispute to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
